We accept VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, Medicare, most commercial PPO plans, and HMO patients enrolled with Mercy Physicians Medical Group (MPMG).

• MPMG HMO patients: A referral authorization from your primary care provider is required before scheduling any visit.
• Vision plans typically cover routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.
• Medical insurance (PPO, Medicare, or HMO with referral) covers medical eye care, including diabetes, glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye, and urgent visits.
